Ingredients for kimchi:
- 1 cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 daikon radish
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
- Cut the cabbage into 2-inch pieces and add to a large bowl.

- shredded coriander
- black sesame seeds
Preparation:
